A familiar rhythm,
away from home.

We follow the care plan agreed with you, with activity, meals and quiet time suited to your pet.

01

Daily dog walks

At least two walks in the nearby area each day for dogs. We agree timing and length for your dog’s age and needs; if health or weather makes a walk unsuitable, we discuss an alternative.

02

Meals as usual

We feed your pet the food you provide, at the times and portions in your written instructions, with fresh water available.

03

Play & company

Supervised play and suitable activities in our designated care area, adapted to your pet’s energy, temperament and comfort around other animals.

04

A place to rest

A comfortable place to relax indoors, with appropriate time outside and opportunities to enjoy the nearby natural surroundings when suitable.

Sharing a home with other pets

All pets in our care stay on the same home premises, and more than one pet may be present. We assess compatibility before accepting a booking and do not promise exclusive or fully separate accommodation. Please tell us your pet’s likes, dislikes, triggers and behaviour around other animals in the care agreement.

Female pets in heat

We ordinarily accept female pets only when they are not in heat. If your pet is in heat or expected to be during the stay, tell us before booking. We can accept her only by explicit prior agreement, after assessing whether we can care for her safely alongside other pets. If agreed, please provide suitable sanitary supplies and written care instructions.

Pet journeys,
planned with care.

Our standard transport area is approximately 20 km from Škvorec, including nearby Prague-East communities. Pick-up, return and planned veterinary journeys are quoted separately based on distance and journey time. Waiting time, parking or a longer trip are discussed before confirmation.

For an urgent veterinary journey during a stay, we follow the signed emergency authorisation, contact you as soon as practicable and keep a record of the transport and veterinary costs.

First steps
together.

New to pet ownership? In a 60-minute session at our home in Škvorec, or at yours within our local area by agreement, we help you plan a comfortable start.

What to prepare

We talk through a safe resting space, the first days at home, feeding and toilet routines, time alone, travel and the information to ask your veterinarian.

What to purchase

We help you make a practical list for your pet’s size and routine: suitable food and bowls, a secure collar or harness and lead, identification, a bed, and a crate only if it fits your plan. We can discuss toys, treats, grooming and cleaning supplies without pushing unnecessary purchases.

How to begin

We show simple reward-based cues, calm handling and early lead practice, then agree a few realistic steps you can practise at home. Tell us your pet’s age and what you already have so the session fits your situation.

The focus and price are agreed in advance. This is introductory guidance, not specialist behaviour rehabilitation or veterinary advice.
